Important Information

• You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your items.
• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return.
• No restocking fees will be charged.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Exchanges are available upon request.

Return Procedure

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return any item. After this period, we are unable to accept returns. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in the same condition as received, including the original packaging. To start a return, please get in touch via help@whitmoreyork.com. Make sure items are packed securely and sent with a reliable carrier. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, though no restocking fees will be applied. For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and processed, a full refund will be issued within 14 days to the original payment method. If you experience any delays, please contact us and we will look into it straight away.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please reach out to us at help@whitmoreyork.com and let us know which item(s) you wish to exchange and the reason. We will do our best to make sure you are happy with the outcome.

Cancellations

To cancel your order, please email help@whitmoreyork.com as soon as possible after placing it. Once your order has been processed, cancellation is no longer possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please take clear photos and send them to help@whitmoreyork.com along with your order number. We will get it sorted as quickly as we can and apologise for any inconvenience.
