Shipping policy

Key Details

• Order cut-off time: 3:00 PM (GMT)
• Processing time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays)
• Estimated delivery: 5 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday)
• Free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking email with details of your carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or Royal Mail)

Shipping Information

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know it has been successfully received. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Saturday (Sundays excluded). Orders placed before 3:00 PM (GMT) will generally be processed the same day. A tracking notification will be sent once your parcel is on its way. Delivery is estimated between 5 and 10 business days (Monday to Friday). We ship within the United Kingdom only, and all orders qualify for free shipping.

Delivery Delays

If your estimated delivery window has passed and your order has not yet arrived, please allow a further 3 business days before getting in touch. Should your order still not have arrived after this additional period, contact us with your order number and we will look into it straight away.

Order Cancellations

To request a cancellation, please email help@whitmoreyork.com as soon as possible after placing your order. Once processing has begun, we are unable to cancel your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please take clear photos and email them to help@whitmoreyork.com along with your order number. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly and apologise for any trouble this may have caused.
